Fitness Coaching service app is an application that can be used to get fit from anywhere. This app can perform various functions such as allowing users to set goals and track their regular day-to-day exercise schedule, gathering workout ideas and also to know about their healthy diet.

Most of the people wanted to maintain the exercise routine that fits for their work schedule and want to track their workout schedules easily.

The main goal is to follow the simple and easy UI for the easy access of the app that makes user to track their workout schedules and healthy diet easily.

Research
Summary
I used Fitness Coaching applications data to develop interview questions, which were then used to conduct user interviews. Most interview participants reported about the crowded UI and confusing workout schedules, but they didn’t actively try to track their daily schedules. The feedback received through research made it very clear that users would be more into the app on regular basis if they had access to an easy-to-use tool to help guide them.

These are created using all of the information that has been gathered during the research process, which are surveys and 1:1 interviews, to analyze and distill the most important elements.

After ideating and drafting some paper wireframes, I created the initial designs for the Fitness Coaching app. These designs focused on easy tracking of the workout schedules and the day-to day workout ideas and healthy diet

With the app designs completed, I started work on designing the responsive website. I used the Fitness Coaching App sitemap to guide the organizational structure of each screen’s design to ensure a cohesive and consistent experience across devices.

Conclusion
Impact
Users shared that the app is easy to use and can track work schedules easily.One quote from peer feedback was that “The Fitness Coaching App helps in easy tracking of workout schedules and workout ideas.”
What I learned
I learned that even though the problem I was trying to solve was a big one, diligently going through each step of the design process and aligning with specific user needs helped me come up with solutions that were both feasible and useful.
